Romane Bohringer décide d’adapter pour le cinéma le livre de Clémentine Autain consacré à sa mère. Ce projet va l’obliger à se confronter à son passé et à sa propre mère qui l’a abandonnée quand elle avait neuf mois. Une œuvre bouleversante, magnifique déclaration d’amour aux mères absentes, qui sonne comme une réparation.

SYNOPSIS
Romane Bohringer decides to adapt Clémentine Autain’s book about her mother for the cinema. This project forces her to confront her past and her own mother, who abandoned her when she was nine months old. A moving work, a magnificent declaration of love to absent mothers, that feels like a form of healing.
